Filerimos BelleVue Villa is located in Ialysos-Rhodos in the foothills of the Filerimos Mountain. It is away 5 minutes by car from the famous beaches.
Filerimos BelleVue Villa offers a private pool with Hydromassage. It is a brand new fully equipped and beautifully decorated Villa with 3 large bedrooms: 36 sqm 34 sqm and 29sqm, with large bathrooms in each room. We still provide bath towels, bathrobe, slippers and bathroom items for your needs. Dryer, and washing machine, first aid kit, safety box, air-conditioned with new cooling-heating systems, free & fast Wi-Fi. Also satellite TV with hundreds of channels, complete usb, in each room.
Our Villa includes a lounge living room and a 55-inch flat-screen. Also a kitchen with dining area for 8 people which includes: an espresso machine, French and Greek coffee machine, a large fridge, all kitchen utensils, an oven, a microwave oven, a washing machine and a dryer. One more advantage is the Private on-site parking!
You will be impressed by themountain and pool views from Villa's large terraces and balconies. Guests can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace next to the large swimming pool. POOL: Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
Smoking is allowed outside the premises for safety reasons and crispy clean house environment.
In case that you will find something is broken in the property, you must notify us within 48 hours of check in. After this time, the damage maybe be requested to be paid by you on spot.
People other than those in the Guest party that has been booked, may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest and we have to be informed.
Guest agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on spot and before living the villa.

Warranty - If you cause home damage, you may be charged up to € 300.
Any loss of personal items within the accommodation area responsible are the visitors themselves.
Hi Nick just a few lines to tell you how very happy we were staying at your villa ! it was better that we expected and I have to say we have stayed all over the world at some very very nice villas/hotels and yours would fit in with any of them anytime ! the villa had everything you could want and more, I would recommend staying to anyone and will be looking to stay again sometime in the future - I would also like to add that Nick was the best owner ive ever met and nothing was too much to ask (to be honest there wasn't much I needed but what I did need Nick sorted with no problems at all) if your thinking of staying here I would highly recommend, its only 1km from some really nice restaurants (the best been the Bikini Bar on the front great food and very chilled out) and bars but far enough away to be nice and quite when you get back and have a drink by the very nice pool ! all in all a very nice place to stay - well done Nick :-)

We are family of 6. Had a wonderful 5 days in nick villa. The house is very comfortable and clean. Nick thought about everything to make the staying perfect.the house is decorated modern style. Nick parents welcome us . They was very kind and brought us some groceries. The kids loved the beautiful pool. 10 second from the city Rhodes. There are also good restaurants nearby. Nick was available all time by texting. We highly recommended it.

This place is outstanding. If you see it book it - you will be not disappointed. In my review I classed this villa as 5 star. It is way beyond that. Don't just think about it - book it. Nick was a truly amazing host. Very prompt, accurate and accommodating. There was an arrival kit of food and drinks as a starter pack which is great when you have been travelling for hours. Words can not describe the experience we had at Nicks villa apart from its simply the best.

The villa is stunning. We spent 6 weeks there and we (2 people) enjoyed out stay very much. It was the low season. Fantastic location, very quiet and close (15 min) to rhodos town and beaches. The house itself is spacious with three large bedrooms with bathroom en suite. All rooms are modern furnished. Shopping by car five minutes. The lightning outside has a lovely ambience in the evening. I can not recommend this villa enough, it is brilliant. We felt like at home. Thank you Nico.
I have to mention the great hospitality of nico's parents, who welcomed us like old friends and provided us with everything that was needed for the first few days.
We hope to return and can highly recommend the villa.

Nick is the perfect host, probably the best I met in Airbnb. His kindness has no limits and his house is really fantastic. Perfect equipment and large availability of necessary goods (for toilet, food, drinks, coffee...). I recommend warmly. Filerimos is near a "magic mountain" that increases the pleasure of the journey. Enjoy it !

Excellent place! Its an amazing villa! The reality is better than the photos! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped! The bedrooms are big with large bathrooms and the heating of the house is very good! The view of the pool area is unique and very quiet! There are a lot of facilities near by, such as supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops and most important of all you are very close to the beach. On arrival Nick, who was helpful and kind, offered us local wine and fresh fruits. Definitely would come back next year

The house is a perl, brand new, fully equipped with all the latest electronic, state of the art things you can imagine. The reality is exactly as the pictures. I liked especially the garden with the swimmingpool and the view on the hill. If you are looking for silence and a high standard living, this is probably the best place to go. The house has 3 big bedrooms with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has its own terrace (30m2) with a great view on the hill. At night, the lights in the garden and in the swimmingpool are giving such a nice impression, as you are living your dream.

This villa is truly impressive. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. Nick was great and met us to check in early and was very responsive the whole stay. His father even brought over a homemade cake for us which was delicious. We stayed with two small kids and Nick arranged for cribs for both and even had a high chair and toys for them to play with which was definitely above and beyond our expectations. The pool and enclosed yard was great for enjoying time as a family. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Wow!! What should I say? What a great place to stay!!! There is nothing bad to say about the place or the host! Nick was not there but was very friendly and all the time available over e-mail. His partents took over the organization at the house, they even cooked for us !! Thank you very much again for that lovely musaka and the aweseome cake!! They even brought some stuff for breakfast because we arrived late - really really sweet and nice. The house is perfect and everything is like in the pictures, very clean, very new and just awesome! If you thinking about staying in rhodes, please book nicks place you will enjoy every single minute at the house! :)
